Changelog

This page records every change you can observe in your own workspace: new capabilities in the admin dashboard, changes to how existing settings behave, and fixes to the learner experience. It is updated with every release. Releases are listed newest first, each one dated and grouped by area, and every entry links to the guide that covers the feature in full.

25 August 2026 — Skills and competency

Define the skills your organisation cares about, attach them to courses, and report on capability gained rather than only on courses completed.

Admin dashboard — Skills

• A skills library — create the skills you care about, group them into categories, and give each one its own set of proficiency levels. The levels are per skill on purpose: "Forklift Licence" is held or not held, while "SQL" might run from Novice to Expert, and forcing both onto one ladder helps neither.
• Attach skills to a course or a learning path — say which skill completing it awards, and at what level. When a learner completes that course the skill is recorded on their profile with the level, the source and the date, without anyone having to mark it by hand.
• Attaching a skill catches up the people who already finished — map a skill to a course 200 people completed last year and those 200 are awarded it, rather than the record starting from today and quietly understating what your people can do. You are told how many learners an attachment will affect before it runs.
• Correcting a mistake corrects the record — change the level a course awards and everyone who already earned it is re-levelled, including downwards. There is no stranded cohort sitting at the old value.
• Define what a role needs — build a job role from the skills it requires and the level each needs, assign learners to it, and see for each person which requirements they hold, which they hold at too low a level, and which they are missing entirely.
• Award a skill by hand — for capability earned outside the platform. Admin only, and recorded with who awarded it and when.

Learners — Skills

• See what you have earned — a Skills page listing every skill recorded against you, the level you hold it at, and where it came from. Skills you gained by completing a course appear on their own; nothing needs claiming.
• See what your role asks for — if your organisation has assigned you a role, the same page shows what it requires and where you already meet it. It is a description of what you hold, not a score or a ranking against anyone else.
• Courses say what they teach — a course now shows the skills completing it will award, before you start it.

• Add timed questions to a video — on a video's content page you can now attach up to 20 knowledge checks, each pinned to a point in the video. Give each one a question, two to six answers, mark the correct one, and optionally write what the learner sees when they get it right or wrong. The timestamp chip jumps the preview player to that moment so you can check the question lands where you meant it to.

Learners — 25 August 2026

• Videos can pause and ask you a question — where your organisation has added them, the video stops at a set point and asks a knowledge check before it continues. Your answer is marked by us rather than in your browser, so the result is the same wherever you are watching.

Collect information from your learners with forms you build yourself, join live meetings without leaving the dashboard, and keep your notes beside the lesson you are taking.

Admin dashboard — 24 August 2026

• The forms builder and blog editor follow the theme you have chosen — both were drawing their own colours rather than the theme's, so on anything other than the default they looked out of place and some text sat too close to its background to read comfortably. They now use the same colours as the rest of the dashboard in all four themes, light and dark.
• Build forms and send them to your learners — a new Forms section. Add questions of the type you need (short text, long text, a choice list, a number, a date, an email, a rating, a yes/no), mark the ones that must be answered, and set validation such as a minimum and maximum. Send a form to everyone on a course, to a batch, to a group, or to named learners, and set a due date. Responses arrive in a Responses tab beside the builder and export to CSV — choice answers export with the label you wrote, not an internal code.
• Collect candid feedback anonymously — switch a form to anonymous before you publish it and responses are stored with no link to the learner who submitted them. The setting is fixed once the form is published, so nobody can be attributed after the fact by changing it mid-flight.
• Removing a form or an assignment keeps the answers — stopping a form or removing an assignment stops it reaching new learners; the responses you have already collected stay where they are.
• Join a live meeting without leaving the dashboard — meetings hosted on Arythmatic Meetings now open inside the app with the sidebar collapsed, rather than in a separate tab. Meetings you run on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or your own link open the way they always have.

Learners — 24 August 2026

• Fill in forms your organisation sends you — a Forms item in your sidebar lists what has been assigned to you, what is still to do, and what you have already submitted, with the due date. Where a form is marked anonymous you are told so on the page, and it is true: your answers are stored without a link to your name.
• Live meetings open inside your dashboard — joining a meeting or a webinar keeps your navigation and your course context, instead of dropping you onto a bare page.
• Notes stay beside the lesson — a docked sidebar keeps your notes and your community links next to the content you are working through, rather than in a separate place you have to go and find.

Assessment sections that showed a learner no questions at all now work, and attempts already stuck that way are repaired.

Learners — 19 August 2026

• An assessment section that showed you no questions now works — some sections were stored in a state where the number of questions to serve was zero. Opening one presented an empty section: nothing to answer, and no way to move past it. There was no way out of it from your side. Those sections now serve the full set of questions, and if an attempt of yours was already stuck this way it is repaired the next time you open it — with the section's timer restarted, so you get the full time allowance rather than inheriting a clock that ran out while the section was unusable.

You can now require learners to work through a course in order, decide whether a course shows its length at all, and move a trainer off one batch without removing them from the rest. SCORM and xAPI packages finally have a way to be completed, SCORM modules register as complete properly, ordering questions in quizzes submit and score correctly, and lesson lists stop inventing durations that were never set.

Learners — 18 August 2026

• A SCORM module you have finished stays finished — re-opening a SCORM lesson you had already completed started a fresh, empty attempt, and the course then read that as your current state. The lesson showed as not started again, a multi-part package could roll back below 100%, and resuming a course sent you to the module you had already done. Your completion tick itself was never lost, which is why this showed up as "it won't stay complete" rather than an obvious reset. Re-opening a completed module to review it no longer un-completes it.
• Passing a quiz-style SCORM module now completes it — some SCORM 2004 modules report that you passed without separately reporting that you finished. Those never ticked, so you could pass the same module repeatedly and still see it unticked in the section list. Passing now counts as completing, which is how SCORM 1.2 packages already behaved — the same authored course used to behave differently depending only on which version it was exported as. If you have a module you passed but which never ticked, open it once more and it will register.
• Course length is shown the way your organisation set it — in minutes where a course is short enough that hours were misleading, in hours where that reads better, and not at all where the organisation has chosen not to publish an estimate. Nothing is invented to fill the gap.
• Blog posts keep you inside your dashboard — opening a blog post while signed in used to drop you out to the public site, so your navigation and your courses disappeared and you had to find your way back. Signed-in learners now stay in the dashboard. Visitors who are not signed in see the public page exactly as before.
• Some courses now unlock one lesson at a time — if your organisation has turned on sequential unlock for a course, lessons appear with a padlock until you finish the one before them. Anything you have already completed stays open, so you can always go back over earlier material. Courses without the setting are unchanged.
• A SCORM module that reports nothing at all can now be completed — some SCORM 1.2 packages never tell us anything about their own progress. Those can now be completed when the package genuinely finishes, rather than leaving you with a lesson that could not be ticked by any means. Simply opening a lesson and leaving does not count as finishing it.
• Learning path thumbnails load — a thumbnail uploaded to a learning path was stored with an address that did not resolve, so the image was broken wherever the path appeared. New uploads work. Thumbnails uploaded before today need re-uploading to pick up a working address.
• You can now mark a SCORM or xAPI lesson complete yourself — a SCORM or xAPI item only ticked if the package itself told us it had finished, and plenty of authored packages never do: they never call LMSFinish, or report nothing we can act on. When that happened there was simply no way to finish the item, no matter how many times you went through it. Every other content type — video, document, text, link, quiz — already had a Mark as Complete button; SCORM and xAPI were the only two without one. They have it now, and it hides itself once the item is already complete.
• Ordering questions in quizzes submit properly — on courses using the Nova and Mission Brief templates, a quiz containing an ordering question could fail to submit outright. Three things went wrong and all three are fixed: an ordering question you never touched was being counted as answered and corrupted the rest of your submission; coming back to one you had answered reset the board and overwrote your answer; and the right/wrong feedback on each slot was compared against a shuffled order, so it was meaningless. Fill-in-the-blank and matching feedback were corrected alongside them.
• Lesson lists no longer invent durations — a lesson whose length was never set showed a made-up figure: videos read "4 min", links "5 min", and text lessons "10 min", none of which came from anything the author entered. Where the real length is unknown, no duration is shown at all rather than a fabricated one. Reading time on text lessons is still estimated from the actual word count, which is a real measurement rather than a guess.

Admin dashboard — 18 August 2026

• Decide whether a course shows its length, and in what unit — a new Course Timeframe switch on the course form. Turn it off and the duration is hidden from learners everywhere for that course, which is the honest option when a course is self-paced and any number you put there would be a guess. Leave it on and you can enter the Estimated Duration in Minutes or Hours — so a 45-minute induction reads as 45 minutes rather than being rounded into hours. Existing courses are unchanged: they keep showing their duration, in hours, exactly as before.
• Move a trainer off one batch without removing them from the others — removing a co-instructor used to take them off the whole course, every batch at once, which made it risky to correct a single assignment. You can now see which batches a trainer is on and remove them from one, leaving the rest untouched.
• Require learners to complete a course in order — a new Sequential content unlock toggle on a course's settings. With it on, a learner can only open the next lesson once they have completed the one before it; lessons they have already finished stay open so they can go back and review. It is off by default and set per course, so nothing changes on your existing courses until you turn it on. The rule is enforced on our side, not just hidden in the learner's menu — a learner cannot reach a locked lesson by keeping an old link or by guessing a URL.
• SCORM completion in your reports is accurate again — both faults above stopped completion reaching the learner's progress record, so a learner who had genuinely finished a SCORM module could still appear incomplete in your reporting. New activity records correctly from today. Existing records are not rewritten — a learner whose past completion never registered needs to open that module once more for it to count, so it is worth telling affected learners rather than waiting for the numbers to correct themselves.

12 August 2026

You can now reach Arythmatic support from inside your dashboard, accepting our Terms and Privacy Policy is recorded properly, and a workspace that hasn't written its own policies no longer shows learners a blank one.

Admin dashboard — 12 August 2026

• A Support section in the sidebar — Arythmatic Support is a new item in your left-hand navigation. It has two halves: shortcuts into the documentation for the questions that answer themselves, and a form to raise a ticket with us when they don't. See Navigating the Dashboard.
• Raise a ticket without leaving the product — describe what you were doing and what happened, pick a category, and send. You get a reference like ARY-7Q3K2M to quote, an email confirming we have it, and an email whenever we reply. Your ticket history lives on the same page with its current status, and you can reply in the thread rather than starting again.
• Email updates as your ticket moves — you're emailed when we reply, when we need something back from you, and when the ticket is resolved or closed. You don't have to keep the page open to know where it stands. Internal notes our team leaves on a ticket are never emailed to you.
• Every admin in your workspace sees the workspace's tickets — not only the ones they raised personally, so a colleague can pick up a thread while you're away.
• The floating support widget is gone — the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner has been replaced by the Support page. One place to reach us rather than two, and the tickets you raise now sit in a queue our team works directly.
• You may be asked to accept our Terms and Privacy Policy — if your account was created before we started recording acceptance, you'll see a one-time prompt after signing in. It shows which version you're accepting and links to the full text. You can dismiss it and carry on; it will ask again next time you sign in.
• Invited users now accept the terms when they set up their account — anyone joining your workspace from an invite sees the Terms and Privacy Policy on the account-setup screen and confirms them before their account is created.

Nothing you need to do. If you had a conversation open in the old widget, raise it again from the Support page and quote what you'd already told us.

Learners — 12 August 2026

• A workspace with no privacy policy no longer shows an empty page — if your organisation hasn't written its own Privacy Policy or Terms, that page used to appear published but blank, which read as though there were no policy at all. It now says plainly that your organisation hasn't published one, and links to Arythmatic's own policy covering how we handle data on their behalf. If you'd like your own policy to appear there, your workspace admin can write one under Settings.

Courses you haven't published yet no longer appear to learners, batch courses can be edited and cancelled again, and the learner dashboard gets course filters plus a run of fixes.

Admin dashboard — 10 August 2026

• Unpublished courses stay hidden from learners — assigning a course to a group made it visible in the learner's Available tab straight away, even while the course was still a draft. Courses are created as drafts and published separately, so a course could be seen — and enrolled in — before you had finished building it. Assignment alone no longer makes a course visible: it must also be published. Archived and deleted courses are hidden the same way. See Courses Overview.
• Learners can no longer enrol themselves in an unpublished course — the same gap applied to self-enrolment, so a learner who could see a draft course could also join it, creating a real enrolment against unfinished content. If a learner enrolled in a course before you published it, that enrolment still exists — worth checking the enrolment list on any course you assigned to a group before publishing.
• Batch courses can be edited again — opening a batch course and changing anything about it, such as its primary instructor, failed with a "not found" error even though the course opened normally. Editing works again. See Courses Overview.
• Cancelling a batch works again — the cancel action failed every time with a server error, so no batch could be cancelled from the dashboard. It now goes through, and the reason you type is recorded against the batch.

Learners — 10 August 2026

• Filter your courses — the My Courses page has filters for category, difficulty, course type, and whether you earned a certificate. Only filters you actually have courses for are offered, so you can't pick one that returns nothing.
• The menu opens on top of the header on phones and tablets — the slide-out menu opened behind the top bar, so its first few rows were hidden underneath. It now covers the full screen, and you can close it with the new × or the Escape key rather than only by tapping outside it.
• Rating a course works — submitting a course rating silently failed. Ratings now save.
• Give Feedback stays in the sidebar — it disappeared permanently once you submitted feedback, so you couldn't send any more. It stays put now.
• Course search and page size on the lesson browser — the search box cleared itself about a third of a second after you typed, which made searching effectively impossible. It now keeps what you type. You can also choose how many courses to show per page (12, 24, 48 or 96), and the last row always fills instead of leaving gaps.

Date filters on course meetings work, icons stay on your published pages, and the Zoho Books integration connects again.

Admin dashboard — 3 August 2026

• Date filters on course meetings work — setting a start and end date on a course's meetings had no effect: the list came back with every meeting regardless of the range you picked. The dates now filter properly, and they filter on when the meeting is scheduled, not when it was added to the course. Day boundaries follow the timezone set for your workspace, so "1 to 3 August" means those days where you are rather than in UTC — worth knowing if your workspace timezone is far from UTC, because the old behavior would have been off by up to a day at each end. • Sort meetings by when they happen, and narrow to your own courses — meetings can now be ordered by their scheduled time, and a new filter limits the list to courses you are enrolled in or teach. Instructors with a large catalogue no longer have to scan the whole tenant's content to find their own sessions.
• Icons on published pages no longer disappear — icons in a page's feature cards looked right in the editor but vanished once the page was live, leaving empty outlines where the artwork should be. The icon artwork was being discarded when the page was saved, so what visitors received never had it — the editor showed your original draft, which is why the page looked correct right up until you viewed it publicly. Icons are kept now. Pages you published before today will still be missing them: open each affected page and save it again, and the icons come back — your original content was never lost, only the published copy was.
• Zoho Books connects again — every request from the Zoho Books card was failing to reach the service, so the integration could not be set up, checked or disconnected. It now works end to end. If you tried to connect Zoho Books before today and gave up, it is worth another attempt. See Workspace Settings.
• The connection status is accurate — a successful connection now shows the green Connected tag. Previously the card could stay on the blue Configured tag even once the connection had gone through, which made a working integration look unfinished.
• The redirect URI you copy into Zoho is correct — the value shown in the setup modal now matches the one we actually use, so the Invalid Redirect URI error Zoho returned when pasting it is gone.
• A setup guide inside the modal — an info icon in the Configure Zoho Books title opens step-by-step instructions for creating the Zoho OAuth application: where to sign in, which application type to add, what to set as the homepage and redirect URI, and where to copy the Client ID and Secret from.

A rebuilt Settings page: sections grouped by what they affect, a clearer theme workbench, working dark mode, and a layout that finally works on smaller screens.

Admin dashboard — 2 August 2026

• Settings is grouped by what it changes — the sixteen sections are now organised into Brand, Site content, Messaging and Platform. The first two are exactly the ones with a live preview, so the grouping tells you at a glance which settings affect what learners see. See Workspace Settings.
• A theme workbench instead of a row of buttons — the bar above your theme now names the theme you are editing and whether it is Live or Draft, with Make live as the single primary action. New, Export, Import, Reset and Delete moved into an overflow menu, so the destructive ones are no longer one stray click away. It also only appears on sections that are actually theme-backed — it used to show on Email Providers and Integrations, where the theme is irrelevant. See Branding & Customization.
• Settings works on tablets and phones — this was the one area still not converted when the rest of the dashboard became responsive. Between 1024 and 1280px you get the rail and the form with the preview behind a Preview button; below 1024px the rail becomes a grouped section dropdown. The live preview previously just disappeared below 1280px with no way to reach it — it now opens in a drawer at full viewport width, which is wider than the squeezed column it used to sit in. • Dark mode is readable across Settings — three areas that rendered as low-contrast or invisible text now use the correct colours.
• The settings navigation is reachable by keyboard — the section list was previously mouse-only, so it could not be tabbed to or operated with a screen reader. The items are now proper buttons with a visible focus ring and a marked current section.
• A Shortcuts button that did nothing is gone — it opened a list of fifteen keyboard shortcuts that were never wired up on this page.
• Also fixed: the Microsoft Teams integration card showed the wrong logo, and a placeholder icon in Branding rendered as a corrupted character.

Learners — 2 August 2026

• The WhatsApp link on your About page works with international numbers — a number stored in + international format produced a link WhatsApp rejected. Numbers are now normalised before the link is built. The button still only appears when your workspace has a WhatsApp number configured.

Community discussions now reach learners: a chat panel they can open from any page, and recent posts on the home page and dashboard.

• Community chat from anywhere — learners open your community in a floating panel from any page, so they can read and post without losing their place in a course. If your workspace also has WhatsApp connected, that option sits alongside it in the same panel, using your organization's number. See Community.
• Recent discussions on the home page and dashboard — the latest posts from your community appear on the learner home page and in the dashboard's activity area, so learners see what is being discussed without going looking for it.
• Nothing appears until you connect a community — both surfaces stay hidden for workspaces with no community configured, and learners are asked to sign in before any community content loads. Connect one under Settings → Integrations to turn them on. See Community.

Admin dashboard — 30 July 2026

• Guided first-run setup, for the workspace owner — the first time the workspace owner signs in, a short guided flow collects their name and role, your organization's industry, website, team size and social links, and what you want to achieve with your platform. It appears once, saves what is entered to your workspace profile, and hands you straight to the product walkthrough. Most of what it asks describes the organization rather than the person answering, and it is stored once for the whole workspace — so it is shown only to the owner. Other admins go straight to the walkthrough, and nothing they need is behind it. If your workspace was set up before this change, the answers already on file are kept. See First-Time Setup Checklist.
• Design the learner welcome flow yourself — Settings has a new Learner Onboarding section where you add, remove and reorder the steps learners see on first login, choose whether each step is a free-text question or a single- or multi-choice question, set titles and subtitles, mark steps required, and attach an emoji and a course category to each choice so a learner's picks can drive recommendations. Pick a brand color and the companion's colors are derived from it, with a live preview of what learners will get. See Workspace Settings.
• The dashboard works on phones and tablets — every module now adapts to smaller screens: tables scroll instead of clipping, filter and toolbar rows wrap, modals and drawers stay inside the viewport, buttons get larger touch targets, and text scales down sensibly. On tablets the sidebar collapses to an icon rail with a hamburger that opens the full navigation. Settings pages are the one area still being converted. See Navigating the Dashboard.
• Write and organize your own help center — build collections and categories, write articles in a rich text editor with image upload, and browse articles per category with tabbed navigation. Learners get a documentation-style help center with a sidebar, table of contents and search, plus a Help link in the header and footer. Each article can be public or restricted to signed-in learners.
• Community chat from any page — a community chat button in the admin dashboard opens your community in a floating panel, so you can read and reply without leaving the page you are on. Visibility follows your existing community access rules. See Community.
• Course type is explained where you choose it — the course creation flow now spells out the difference between an instructor-led course and a self-paced course at the point where you pick one. See Create a Course.
• Redesigned template marketplace — a new hero layout with clearer controls and skeleton loading while results arrive, plus corrected pagination, sorting and locked-item indicators in both the marketplace and the batches list. See Template Marketplace.
• Forms tell you why a save was rejected — a duplicate name, an invalid value or a missing required field now shows the specific reason and the field it applies to, instead of a generic "Failed to save".
• New workspaces can publish courses right away — every new workspace is created with the built-in Everyone group, so the Groups page is populated and publishing a public course succeeds. Existing workspaces that were missing the group have had it restored. See Groups.
• Signing up no longer blocks itself — requesting a code, verifying it and submitting your details each have their own allowance, so a normal workspace sign-up runs through to the end instead of stopping part-way with a rate-limit error.
• Profile and preferences scroll properly — both pages scroll again, so the save button is reachable on smaller screens. Profile has also been rebuilt with a sticky identity card, an account overview showing status, member-since and last sign-in, and a sticky save bar. See Your Account.

Courses and content — 30 July 2026

• SCORM and xAPI packages — upload SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI (Tin Can) packages straight into a course section. The dashboard shows processing status while a package is prepared, lets you retry a package that failed, and gives you a Preview drawer so you can play the package yourself before publishing. Learners get a full player inside the course, with a maximize control that expands it to the full width of the screen. See SCORM & xAPI Packages.
• SCORM and xAPI are included in the Growth plan — if you are on Growth, the SCORM and xAPI options now appear in the content picker and uploads work without an upgrade.
• Learners who finished a course can reopen its packages — relaunching a SCORM or xAPI lesson after completing the course no longer fails with an enrollment error, so completed learners can review that content.
• Re-uploading a package with the same title works — an upload whose title is already used in that section, for example after a failure, now succeeds and is named with a numbered suffix instead of returning an error.
• PowerPoint decks play with their animations intact — PowerPoint documents render in a live viewer, so animations, transitions and complex visuals appear as they were authored rather than flattened into a static PDF. Decks over roughly 10 MB open in the converted PDF view instead, and learners can switch between the two views at any time. See Content Types.
• Allow Download sticks when you edit a document — turning Allow Download on or off now saves without replacing the file. Learners see a Download button on every document type — PDF, PowerPoint, Word and Excel — when you have allowed downloads, and no download option at all when you have not.
• Save one section at a time — each expanded section in the curriculum builder has its own Save Section button, so you can save a section and start adding lessons to it without scrolling back to Save Changes. Other unsaved sections stay marked as unsaved. See Curriculum Builder.
• Large video uploads finish — a video of roughly 200 MB or more no longer stops mid-upload with a rate-limit error and stays blocked for an hour. See Content Library.
• AI authoring keeps working when the underlying model changes — AI-assisted generation now falls back through alternative models automatically and picks a working one, so it keeps generating without any action from you. See AI-Assisted Authoring.
• Every course section loads — a course with more than ten sections shows all of them, and sections that have already loaded stay visible even if a later batch fails.

Live meetings and webinars — 30 July 2026

• Webinars — create, publish and start webinars, and manage the registration list: approve, cancel and resend confirmations, with pagination on both the webinar list and the registrations table. Learners get a Webinars page in their sidebar showing published, live and completed webinars, where they register and then join, or see an awaiting-approval state when you require approval. See Live Meetings & Webinars.
• The meeting settings you choose are applied — allow anonymous join, auto-record, waiting room, reminders and recurrence now take effect on both create and edit, instead of the meeting being created with defaults.
• Clearer meeting scheduling — the meeting dialog shows each platform as a selectable card with its logo — Arythmatic, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or a custom link — instead of a cramped tab strip, and Arythmatic Meetings is pre-selected.
• Recordings play reliably — a recording now loads everywhere it appears: inside a course, in the meeting details view and in the recordings list, including older recordings made on the previous meeting platform.
• Course and lesson names in meeting reporting — meetings created from a course curriculum carry the course title, the lesson title and the number of enrolled learners, so meeting-side reporting shows readable names and a correct expected-attendance figure instead of internal identifiers.
• Meetings SDK configuration — Integrations settings has a new Meetings SDK card for your meetings workspace URL, app ID and SDK API key, so meeting sessions can be created from your platform. The API key is write-only: it is stored encrypted and never shown again after you save it, and clearing it revokes access. See Integrations.

Communications — 30 July 2026

• WhatsApp notifications — you can now send WhatsApp messages as part of your automated workflows. Settings has a WhatsApp section where you connect your gateway, see the approval status of your message templates, create new templates and send yourself a test message. In the workflow builder you choose Email or WhatsApp per notification step, pick an approved template, and map your workflow data onto the template's variables. Header media and carousel cards are supported, and replies arrive in a shared inbox. See Automated Workflows.
• Sender names containing a comma no longer break your email — if your workspace name contains a comma, every outbound email from your workspace — invitations, notifications and workflow messages — was rejected by the mail provider and silently never arrived. Those emails send normally now. See Email Sending Setup.
• Invitation emails that were recorded but never sent — where an invitation was created successfully but the email never went out, the missing message template is now restored automatically on first use so the email sends, and any send that is still dropped is written to your email log as failed instead of disappearing without trace. See Inviting Users.

Learner experience — 30 July 2026

• A welcome flow on first login — learners see an animated onboarding overlay built from the steps you configured in Settings. It appears over whatever page they land on rather than redirecting them, their answers are saved to their profile, and any categories they pick are recorded against their account. It stays off until you enable it, and never re-appears once completed.
• Streak milestones and a persistent activity calendar — learners get a celebration when they reach a 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100, 180 or 365 day learning streak, and a separate moment when a streak breaks. Celebrations can be shared to LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp or Facebook with a generated share image. The sidebar calendar draws consecutive active days as one continuous run instead of separate tiles, and events a learner adds to the calendar are saved to their account instead of disappearing on refresh. • Sign in with Apple on iOS, and self-service account deletion — learners using the iOS app can sign in with Apple alongside the existing sign-in options, and accounts created this way are matched to an existing learner by email address. Learners can also delete their own account from the app, which revokes the Apple sign-in grant and removes their access. See Login and SSO.
• Redesigned learner navigation — the sidebar groups navigation into Learn, Progress and Explore with a clearer active state, and the header has a refined search field with a keyboard shortcut. Both follow your workspace theme in light and dark mode and respect reduced-motion preferences. Every existing link and behavior is unchanged. See Navigating the Dashboard.
• Readable course links — a course page now uses a web address based on the course name instead of a long identifier, and course links throughout the learner experience — cards, search results, dashboard tiles and system emails — use it. Existing links with the old identifier still work. See Courses Overview.
• Admins landing on the learner view get a way back — an admin who follows a link from a system email into the learner dashboard sees a slim dismissible banner explaining that this is the learner view, with a direct link to the admin dashboard. It works on custom learner domains too.
• Document progress no longer jumps to 25% on open — opening a document used to record a quarter of it as complete immediately. Documents now stay at 0% until the learner marks them complete, so course progress reflects real activity. See Course Analytics.
• Testimonials carousel and a multi-step feedback form — testimonials on your public home page display as an interactive carousel with a highlighted center card, arrows, dot indicators and autoplay, instead of an uneven row. The learner feedback form is now a short multi-step wizard. See Testimonials.
• Membership plans show what is included — the membership page lists the courses included in each plan, so learners can see what a plan gives them before subscribing. See Membership Plans.
• Course ratings show the right course's reviews — a course page shows only the ratings for that course, so the average score and the review list are correct. See Ratings & Reviews.

Payments, plans and billing — 30 July 2026

• Checkout and the billing portal open again — starting a subscription or managing your billing details from your workspace returned a server error on every attempt. Both work normally now. See Your Arythmatic Billing.
• Payments and renewal dates are recorded accurately — a successful payment now attaches to the right subscription even when that subscription was not created through checkout, and each renewal records the period it actually paid for, so revenue no longer reads as zero and renewal dates are no longer set in the past. See Subscriptions.
• Promotions save with the placement you chose — several placements and the featured promotion type were being altered on save and then rejected, so those promotions could not be created or edited at all. Placements now save exactly as chosen, the placement dropdowns only offer placements that render somewhere, and a promotion set to the learner dashboard placement appears on the learner dashboard. Credentials and the API — 30 July 2026

• Verifiable certificates on by default for new workspaces — a workspace created from now on has the current credentials system enabled out of the box, so course completions issue verifiable digital certificates without anyone turning it on for you. Existing workspaces are unchanged and are still enabled on request. See Credentials.
• Ratings endpoints return a proper error — calling a ratings endpoint with an identifier that is not a valid ID now returns a 400 validation error instead of an unhelpful server error page. See API Keys & Webhooks.
