Workspace & Account Setup

Workspace Settings

Configure your Arythmatic workspace — name, domain, timezone, language, and operational preferences.

Workspace Settings

Your workspace is the foundation of your Arythmatic LMS. Workspace settings control how the platform appears to your users, how dates and times are displayed, and how certain platform-wide features behave. Only Admins can access and change these settings.

To reach workspace settings, open the manage dashboard and navigate to Settings in the left sidebar.

Platform Info

Platform Name

Your platform name appears in the manage dashboard header and in system-generated emails. Set it to your organization's name or the name of your learning program.

To update it:

  1. Go to Settings → Platform Info.
  2. Edit the Platform Name field.
  3. Click Save.

Default Timezone

The workspace timezone controls how dates and times are displayed throughout the platform — session schedules, certificate dates, enrollment deadlines, and report timestamps all use this setting.

Choose the timezone that matches your organization's primary operating location. If your learners span multiple time zones, pick the one your admin team works in; learners see times in the workspace timezone unless their browser auto-adjusts the display.

Default Language

The default language setting controls the locale used for date formatting, number formatting, and currency display across the workspace. Arythmatic serves learners and admins in the locale configured here unless a user's browser preference overrides display-level formatting.

Domain Settings

Workspace Domain

When your workspace is provisioned, you receive a subdomain of arythmatic.com (for example, yourcompany.arythmatic.com). This is used for all links shared with your learners and in invitation emails.

If you have configured a custom domain (for example, learn.yourcompany.com), it appears here. Custom domain setup is handled during account onboarding. Contact your account manager or support if you need to change your custom domain after initial setup.

Notification and Email Settings

Sender Name

System emails — invitations, enrollment confirmations, certificate delivery — are sent with your workspace name as the sender display name. You can customize this to match your brand (for example, "Acme Learning" instead of "Arythmatic LMS").

Notification Preferences

Configurable notification preferences are still under development. The Settings → Notifications section currently shows a "coming soon" placeholder — there is no per-type toggle table yet. The platform continues to send its standard transactional emails (invitations, enrollment confirmations, completions, certificates) in the meantime.

Security Settings

Session Timeout

A configurable, enforced session timeout is on the roadmap and not yet available. The Settings → Security section currently shows a "coming soon" placeholder, so you cannot set a session timeout that expires sessions today. Session lifetime is currently governed by Auth0 (see Login and SSO).

Allowed Login Methods

Because Arythmatic uses Auth0 organization-scoped login, all authentication is managed through your workspace's Auth0 organization. Users always sign in through the Arythmatic login page — there is no separate login URL to configure here. See Login and SSO for a full explanation of how authentication works.

Audit Log

Every significant admin action in your workspace is recorded in the Audit Log, a standalone Admin-only page in the left sidebar (not a tab within Settings). The log captures who performed an action, what changed, and when. Use it to:

  • Track configuration changes
  • Review user role assignments and removals
  • Monitor course publish/unpublish events
  • Investigate any unexpected changes

The audit log is read-only and cannot be cleared.

Saving Changes

Most settings pages in Arythmatic auto-save or present an explicit Save button. If you navigate away without saving, unsaved changes are discarded. The page title will indicate unsaved state in some views — look for a "Save" or "Update" button before leaving the page.
