Users & Groups
This section covers the people in your workspace and how you organize them: individual user accounts and their roles, and the groups (also surfaced as schools) you use to enroll and report on learners in bulk.
People

Organizing learners
- Groups — reusable bundles of learners for bulk course assignment and reporting
- Schools — the same entities as groups, viewed with per-group analytics and the delegated My School area
Groups, Schools, and Batches
Two of these are the same thing; one is different:
- A Group and a School are the same underlying entity viewed two ways — the Groups page manages membership and course assignment, while the Schools page shows analytics for those same entities and powers Group/School Admin delegation.
- A Batch is different: a scheduled cohort of a single course, with its own enrollment window and instructor. See Batches.
